1How do I know your perfumes and decants are original?+
Authenticity is the bedrock of our business. We do not sell cheap oil knockoffs or diluted formulas. Our perfumes are sourced from authorized international distributors in France and Dubai. Every decant is extracted with precision in a dust-free environment.
2How many sprays can I get from a 10ml travel decant?+
A 10ml atomizer yields between 120 and 140 sprays. If you apply 4 to 5 sprays daily, a single 10ml decant will last you approximately 4 to 5 weeks.
3Do you offer wholesale perfume oil bundles for aspiring vendors?+

1How do I secure my wedding booking date?+
Use our interactive booking tray on the Makeup Artistry page to configure your package and add-ons. Click 'Reserve Appointment on WhatsApp' to submit your request. A 50% commitment deposit locks in your date on our calendar.
2Can Vivian travel to my hotel or home on my wedding morning?+
Yes! We provide on-location services throughout Lagos and nationwide. Travel logistics are calculated transparently based on your venue location.
3Do you supply Gele tying and touch-up services?+
Yes! Gele tying, headwrap styling, 3D mink lash upgrades, and 3-hour reception standby touch-up services can be added with a single click during booking.

1How far in advance should I order party small chops trays?+
For small orders (50-100 pieces), 2 to 3 hours notice is sufficient. For large wedding party coolers (50-500 guests), we recommend booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance so we can procure fresh farm produce.
2What payment methods do you accept?+
